Scientific overview

What this model represents

Onasch, Miehl, Miękus and Gjorgjieva's published model combines nonlinear dendrites, inhibition and synaptic plasticity to form overlapping assemblies. Its public parameter file specifies 400 principal somas per area and six dendritic compartments per soma. The full figure-dependent network size is not represented by this 400-soma component card; no synapse count or platform run is claimed.
